This Privacy Policy describes how Rail Junction (the "app"), released by elfayyaz.com, processes information. It is applicable to the Android version of the app.
Information we collect
Rail Junction neither gathers, stores nor transmits personal data to elfayyaz.com or any server under our control.
The app does not require user accounts, includes no analytics, and does not incorporate third‑party crash reporting tools.
Advertising and tracking
The application does not access the Android Advertising ID (AD_ID). It contains no advertising SDKs and no external tracking mechanisms.
We do not sell, exchange, or disclose personal data.
Device permissions
Permissions are requested only when a specific feature necessitates them, and any information involved is handled locally on your device.

You may revoke any granted permission at any time via Android Settings.
Data stored on your device
All data saved by the app stays on your device, does not leave it, and is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data in Android Settings.
Third-party services
The app does not embed third‑party services. Google Play and Android operate according to their own privacy policies.
Children's privacy
The app is not intended for children under 13 (COPPA) and does not intentionally collect information from minors. In jurisdictions where the digital consent age exceeds 13, that higher age applies. Parents may contact elowen9mercer@gmail.com with any inquiries.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Under CCPA/CPRA you may request disclosure and deletion of personal information and may opt out of any sale. We do not sell or share personal information.
Since the app gathers no data, deletion simply means uninstalling the app. We respond to email requests within a reasonable timeframe, not exceeding 30 days.
Data retention
We retain no user data. If you email us, we use your message solely to provide a response.
Security
Your information remains on your device and is safeguarded by Android’s security mechanisms. No system is completely secure, so we keep the app minimal and avoid collecting unnecessary data.

Should this policy be revised, the updated version will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date will be amended.
